Specially developed to meet sterilisation needs, ENBIO S and ENBIO PRO autoclaves offer high technology combined with easy handling. In just 18 minutes, you will have sterilised instruments, bagged, with complete safety. It also has a fast programme (10 minutes) for unbagged instruments for immediate use. The ENBIO autoclave is the only form of sterilisation that combines quality, speed, and practicality. Programmes: 134ºC: Maximum load of 800 g, total process time for 200 g = 18 min, 3 vacuum cycles expected, and maximum water consumption of 190 ml (Class B sterilisation process). 121ºC: Maximum load of 800 g, total process time for 200 g = 31 min, 3 vacuum cycles expected, and maximum water consumption of 180 ml (Class B sterilisation process). 134ºC FAST: Maximum load of 800 g, total process time for 100 g = 10 min, 1 vacuum cycle expected, and maximum water consumption of 140 ml (Class S sterilisation process). 134ºC PRION (for French market only): Maximum load of 800 g, total process time for 200 g = 45 min, 3 vacuum cycles expected, and maximum water consumption of 230 ml (Class B sterilisation process). This programme is dedicated to one of the decontamination steps for articles suspected of having or having been in contact with transmissible prion protein.
