Atrauman

Non-adherent barrier dressing with silver-containing ointment, indicated for atraumatic dressings.

Application:

For the treatment of chronic wounds such as venous ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers and pressure ulcers. It can also be used to treat burns up to second degree. The dressing should be used in conjunction with a suitable absorbent or highly absorbent secondary dressing, such as Zetuvit Plus.

Feature:

• The thin, soft and easy-to-position backing material ensures good contact with the wound bed.
• The backing material consists of elemental silver enclosed in a sheath made of polyamide fibers.
• Impregnated with a triglyceride-based ointment without active substances.
• The surface of the backing material and the ointment prevent the dressing from sticking to the wound, allowing it to be changed without trauma.
• Acts as a barrier dressing with a silver-containing ointment.
• The ointment protects the wound edges, preventing maceration.
• Contains no active substances or paraffin.
• Sterile, individually packed.
• Size 10×10 cm

Dressing changes: The dressing can remain on the wound area for a maximum of 7 days.
